A moving body IS a healthy body. As someone who is passionate about many physical modalities, I believe all movement is good movement. Let me help you maximize your bodies potential through Pilates.

Pilates is a full body exercise system that centers on your powerhouse, strength, mobility and flexibility while emphasizing a body, mind, and spirit connection. 

 

I offer a challenging and authentic Pilates experience that will help you find strength and defense via movement. With my guidance, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your body and discover more efficient movement patterns that will expand the scope of your limitations.

Why Pilates?

I am a multi-passionate person. I person who wears many different hats, but there is one obvious thru line to my interests - MOVEMENT. 

 

My whole life my body has felt a calling to move. I grew up in a small, quiet town in Ohio, but I lived my life very big. I was the girl who could never sit still. My mom put me into many sports, arts and activities at a young age. Dance was the first interest to really stick, but it was only the start of my movement journey and ultimately led me to Pilates.

My mission is to empower movers to find strength in all modalities of life. I aim to make Pilates inclusive, interesting, and dynamic in order to encourage clients to persevere through physical and mental challenges. 

 

Our bodies are an instrument that needs to be tweaked and tuned. Every body has natural imbalances & unique challenges. Pilates is a system that treats the body with care and helps you increase your overall movement potential. Through precise movement, my clients are able to improve mobility, stability, strength, and muscle imbalances. The tools that you will learn in a pilates session with me will make anything from daily activities to vigorous physical endeavors easier. I help my clients find more awareness and curiosity about their bodies. I help people find more freedom in their everyday lives through gaining control of their body and I can help you too.
